One-time Fees

Apply to initial automation setup and development work.

Monthly Subscriptions

Can be canceled anytime via email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Yearly Subscriptions

Must be canceled at least 1 month before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal.

Important:

You are responsible for any unpaid invoices even after cancellation. Custom agreements or service packages may have specific terms that override the general rules above.

💸12. Refund Policy

No Refunds for Setup Work

We do not offer refunds for one-time implementation or setup fees, as these cover time and work already delivered.

Subscription Services

For subscription services (monthly or yearly), payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started, regardless of usage. It's your responsibility to cancel before the next billing period if you no longer wish to continue.
  • ●Rare Exceptions: May be made in cases of technical failure caused on our side — and only if reported immediately.
  • ●Free Trials: Free trials or demos may be available for selected automations after a consultation, but are not guaranteed.
